Online Event – 20th Anti-Corruption Situation Room (ACSR)
Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA Resource Centre) in her efforts to promote transparency and accountability in governance will hold the 20th Anti-Corruption Situation Room (ACSR) online via Zoom on Saturday 20th June, 2020 at 1:00pm.
The Anti-corruption Situation Room (ACSR) is a platform for high-level engagement and review between anti-corruption stakeholders within and outside the country. It seeks to ensure that Nigerians get the dividends of democracy and good governance. The central objective is to build synergies and gather momentum for partnership in the war against corruption between anti-corruption focused CSOs, labour movement, media, academia, parliamentarians, concerned citizens and the Judiciary as a means of broadening discussions and monitoring progress in the fight to end corruption with a view to achieving good governance and social development.
The discussion will be moderated by the legendary Mr. Femi Falana (SAN) while renowned students’ union leaders and stakeholders, namely Mr. ‘Lanre Arogundade, Ms Ene Obi, Mr Mahmud Aminu and Mr. Innocent Chukwuma are the panellists who will lead the discussions.
